Within one business day you get a 45-minute technical call with the architect who would lead the work. Within five business days you get a written proposal with a fixed price or a capped ceiling, a named team roster and a delivery calendar. No discovery workshop fee to get that far.

Technical call, not a discovery workshop
Forty-five minutes with a solution architect and the delivery lead who would own your engagement. We will ask about existing systems, data sensitivity, in-house team capacity and the real deadline. If we are the wrong fit, you will hear that on this call.

Written proposal with a real number
Scope, assumptions, exclusions, architecture summary, named team roster with CVs, delivery calendar, and either a fixed price or a capped time-and-materials ceiling. Assumptions are listed explicitly so there are no surprises dressed up as change requests.

What IT services does Redcubical Systems provide?
Redcubical Systems provides eleven service lines: custom software development, enterprise web applications, mobile app development, API integration and microservices, cloud and DevOps engineering, cloud migration and modernisation, managed IT and application support, QA and test automation, AI/ML and LLM engineering, data engineering and analytics, and cybersecurity and compliance.
Can I engage Redcubical Systems for a single service or do I need a full programme?
A single service line is fine. Roughly a third of our engagements begin as one discrete piece of work — a migration assessment, a test automation suite, a security review — and expand only if the client wants them to. We do not require bundling.
Which service line should I start with if I am not sure?
Start with a paid two-week discovery. We assess the current system, document the constraints, and produce an architecture recommendation with a costed delivery plan. If the recommendation is that you should not build the thing you asked about, we will say so, and the discovery output is yours to take elsewhere.
Do you provide ongoing support after a project is delivered?
Yes. Managed IT and application support runs as a separate agreement with tiered L1 to L3 coverage, contractual response and resolution targets, and monthly service reviews. Around 70 percent of build clients move onto a support agreement at go-live.
What technologies do you work in?
Primarily TypeScript, Python, Java, Go and .NET on the backend; React, Next.js and React Native on the front end; PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and Snowflake for data; and AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for infrastructure.
